How do I determine the right size for me?
We provide detailed size charts and measurement guides for each product. Please refer to these charts and use a measuring tape to compare your measurements with our guide to find the perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods. You can select your preferred payment option at checkout.
Do you offer free UK shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping to the UK on orders over £150.00.
Do you offer international shipping?

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's website to track your package's progress.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes we do offer a 10% discount.This offer is only valid for new customers signing up to our mailing list and placing their first order.Once you register you will receive a 10% discount code to be used on your first order. The discount code must be applied at basket for the discount to be applied. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including items marked as on sale.
Do you stock all items?
Most of our garments are created on demand in our studio and can take 2-7 days to produce.
We have a selection premade, and we aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible. If you have any questions or need help with your order, please contact us by email info@bloodyelle.com and we will do our best to help you.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return.All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.Please visit our Returns page for more details.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible . If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How should I care for my garments?
Each product page includes specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend washing garments in cold water, 30 degrees using a gentle cycle, and air drying. For delicate items, hand washing is best.
Are your garments made from ethically sourced fabrics?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability and ethical sourcing. Our garments’ fabrics are sourced from certified suppliers who adhere to fair labour practices and environmentally friendly manufacturing processes.
